Understanding how the business really runs
Step one of our process is watching how work actually happens, including the parts that live in a notebook or a WhatsApp group. That is much harder over a video call, and it is the step everything else depends on.
Local search and Google Business Profile
Knowing how people search in Jaipur — which localities they name, which competitors dominate the map, what a bride or a guest actually types — is local knowledge. It does not transfer from another city.
Photography and real assets
For salons, hotels and restaurants the photographs are the product description. Getting genuine, current pictures of your own work usually requires someone being there.
Training the team
New software gets abandoned when nobody is there to answer the small questions in week two. Being able to sit with a team makes the difference between a system used and a system quietly dropped.
And what does not need us to be local
Website development, platform and marketplace onboarding, integrations, automation, analytics and ongoing management are entirely location-independent. Plenty of our work happens for businesses we have never physically visited, and that is fine.
We mention this because "local agency" is often used as a selling point when it is not relevant. For most of what we do, it genuinely is not.
