GET FOUND
Help customers find you.
Google, Maps, search engines, AI-powered search and the platforms customers already use.
Stage 1 of six — Get found·Discovery
The problem
What usually goes wrong.
Someone in your city needs exactly what you sell. They open Google, or Maps, or they ask an AI assistant. Your business does not come up — or it comes up below three competitors who are not better than you, only easier to find.
You may already be paying for ads to cover the gap. That works while you keep paying, and stops the day you stop.
What it costs the business
Every search you are absent from is an enquiry that went to someone else, and you will never see it happen. There is no notification for a customer who did not find you.
This is also the cheapest problem to leave unfixed and the most expensive to keep unfixed, because it compounds. Businesses that are found today get reviewed, linked to and mentioned, which makes them easier to find tomorrow.
What we do
The actual work.
No vague retainers. Every engagement is a named list of things that get built, fixed or handed over.
Find out where you actually stand
We check what happens today when someone searches for what you sell — on Google, on Maps, and inside AI assistants. You get the real picture, not a score out of 100.
Work out what customers actually type
The words you use for your business are often not the words customers use. We map the real searches, group them by what the person wants, and match each one to a page that answers it.
Fix the website so search engines can read it
Page titles, headings, internal links, speed, mobile layout and the invisible markup that tells a search engine what your business is. Unglamorous, and it decides everything else.
Build out your Google Business Profile properly
Categories, services, opening hours, photos, products, questions and answers, and a posting rhythm. Most businesses fill in about a third of it and stop.
Make your business easy for AI to understand
AI-powered search answers questions by reading and summarising. That works better when your business facts are clear, consistent, structured and easy to verify across the web. This is the part often called GEO.
Report on all of it monthly
Where you rank, where you appear on Maps, and whether AI assistants mention you — tracked over time so you can see movement rather than guess at it.
What we don't do: We do not promise a number-one ranking, a fixed number of leads, or that ChatGPT will recommend you. Anyone who does is guessing, because none of those systems publish their rules.
How it connects
This is never a standalone project.
Being found is only worth something if the next steps hold. Traffic arrives at your website, so the website has to make you look credible and make the next step easy. And enquiries have to land somewhere your team will actually see them. We build discovery as the front door of a system, not as a standalone campaign.

Where this applies
How this changes by industry.
The same capability looks quite different depending on how the business runs.
Hotels & Resorts
Rooms are perishable and sold in several places at once, so availability has to be right everywhere at the same moment.
Beauty & Wellness
Trust is visual and local, and the money is in the second, fifth and twentieth visit rather than the first.
Retail & Ecommerce
One pool of stock is sold through several channels at once, so inventory accuracy is the whole game.
Professional Services
Few enquiries, high value, long decision cycles — so follow-up discipline matters more than traffic volume.
Restaurants & Cafés
Decisions are made in minutes, nearby, on a phone — and delivery platforms sit between you and the customer.
Clinics & Healthcare
Local, urgent and trust-critical — with patient information that has to be handled far more carefully than ordinary customer data.
Questions
Common questions.
How is AI search different from normal Google search?
Normal search gives you a list of links and you choose one. AI-powered search reads a lot of sources and writes you an answer, often naming only two or three businesses. If your information is unclear, inconsistent or hard to verify, you are less likely to be one of the businesses it names. The underlying work is largely the same discipline as good SEO — clear content, consistent facts, structured information — applied with the knowledge that a machine is going to summarise it rather than list it.
How long before this works?
Google Business Profile and local visibility improvements often show movement within four to eight weeks. Broader search visibility usually takes three to six months to show reliably, and longer in competitive categories. Anyone promising results in two weeks is either selling ads or making it up.
We already run Google Ads. Do we still need this?
Ads and search visibility solve the same problem in different ways. Ads are immediate, controllable and stop the moment you stop paying. Search visibility is slower to build and keeps working. Most businesses are better off running both, then reducing ad spend on the terms they start ranking for organically.
Do you need access to our website?
Yes, for most of the work. We can do a diagnosis without access, but fixing anything requires either access or a developer on your side to apply changes. Everything stays in accounts owned by you.
