1. Who we are

Tununique (“Tununique”, “we”, “us”) operates the websitehttps://tununique.com. We are based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. For any question about this policy or about your personal data, contact us at hello@tununique.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit an enquiry form on this website, we collect:

• Your name and email address (required, so we can reply)
• Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to provide it
• Your business name, city, website address and type of business, if you provide them
• Which of the plain-language options you ticked to describe what is not working
• The message you write
• The date and time of your submission

The Digital Business Audit

You can complete our Digital Business Audit without giving us any information at all — the result is shown to you on screen and nothing is sent anywhere. Your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to submit the optional form afterwards.

If you do submit it, we store your score, the six category scores and your ten answers alongside your contact details, so that we can review the result with you without asking you the same questions again.

Where you came from

When you arrive, your browser stores a small record of how you got here — the page you landed on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked (commonly called UTM parameters). This is held in your browser's session storage only. It is never sent to us, and it disappears when you close the tab, unless you choose to submit a form — in which case it is attached so we can tell which of our efforts actually reached you. We do not use it to identify you or to track you across other websites.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and reliability. If website analytics is enabled, we may also collect anonymised usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device type and referring source. We do not use this to identify you personally.

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly functional or, where analytics is enabled, analytical.

If you switch on the "Reduce motion" option in the footer, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it next time. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss whether we can help you.
• To provide our services if you become a client.
• To keep records of business enquiries and correspondence.
• To improve the website by understanding, in aggregate, how it is used.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.

We do not use your enquiry to add you to a marketing list. If we ever want to send you something other than a reply, we will ask you first.

4. Where your information is stored

Enquiry data is stored in a Supabase database (PostgreSQL), protected by row-level security rules so that only authorised Tununique staff can read it. The website itself is hosted on Netlify. Both are established international service providers and your data may therefore be processed on servers outside India. We choose providers that maintain recognised security standards and contractual data-protection commitments.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who operate our infrastructure (hosting, database, email, analytics), acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers, where necessary and confidential.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become client work are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to client engagements are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
• Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop using your data for a particular purpose
• Provide a copy of the information you gave us

Email hello@tununique.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. These rights reflect India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and — where it applies to you — the EU/UK GDPR.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored in a database with row-level security enabled, meaning the public website can create an enquiry but cannot read, change or delete any record. Administrative access requires an individual account that has been explicitly added to an allow-list. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these measures seriously and review them.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10. External links

Our site may link to other websites, platforms and social profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
