One connected digital business.

That's what we build.

How business actually happens

It starts with one customer.

Someone, somewhere, needs what your business sells. Everything else is what happens between that moment and them becoming a customer who comes back.

Their journey starts here

Before anything else

Can they find you?

If your business is invisible where customers search, the journey ends here — and you will never know it happened. There is no notification for the customer who did not find you.

They might be typing into Google, tapping the map, scrolling a marketplace, or simply asking an AI assistant who is best. Each of those is a different door into your business.

They found you

Do they trust you?

Customers decide quickly whether a business looks credible. Between finding you and contacting you, they run a quick check — and you are not in the room for it.

This is where most enquiries are quietly lost. Nobody writes to say they chose someone else because your last review had no reply.

Behind the scenes

Are your systems talking to each other?

When systems stay disconnected, your team becomes the integration. That is expensive, it is dull work for people you hired to do something else, and it goes wrong at exactly the wrong moments.

We connect the systems where practical, so information moves with less manual work.

Tell Us About Your Business

Every business is different

Every business needs a different digital system.

See how the same Tununique approach changes with the business.

Choose a type of business to see its digital system

Hotels & Resorts

A hotel does not just need a website. A room is only sellable until the night it exists, and it is on sale in six places simultaneously. Rates, availability, the booking channels and the front-desk system all have to agree with each other, continuously, or you either sell the same room twice or leave it empty.

Systems typically involved

  • Booking engine
  • Channel manager
  • Payment gateway
  • Guest messaging

  6. They come back

    • Guest messaging

Beauty & Wellness

A salon needs local discovery, visible proof of the work, an easy way to ask a question, a record of who came and what was done, and a reason to come back. The booking is not the finish line — a client who never returns is a loss, however good the first visit was.

Systems typically involved

Retail & Ecommerce

A retailer needs products, stock and orders to stay consistent across every place customers buy. The moment your shop, your website and your marketplace listings disagree about what is in stock, you start either overselling or hiding inventory you could have sold.

Systems typically involved

  • Ecommerce platform
  • POS

Professional Services

A professional services firm may only need a handful of enquiries a month, but each one is worth a great deal and takes weeks to close. That inverts the usual priorities: the follow-up process matters more than the traffic number, and demonstrating thinking matters more than describing services.

Your business will be different.

That's why we start by understanding it. The stages are always the same six — how customers find you, whether they trust you, how they act, what happens inside, how they come back, and how you know it is working. What sits inside each stage is specific to you.

Tell Us How Your Business Works

Platform names shown across this site describe where customers search and buy. They are not partnerships, endorsements or affiliations.

Start from the symptom

What are you trying to fix?

You don't have to know the name of the service. Pick whichever of these sounds most like your business.

Choose the problem that best describes your business

How we'd look at it

People can't find us

We start by checking what actually happens today when someone searches for what you sell — on Google, on Maps, and inside AI assistants. Then we look at whether the problem is that you are absent, that you appear but below competitors, or that you appear for the wrong searches entirely.

Usually this turns out to be an incomplete Google Business Profile, a website search engines struggle to read, or targeting words customers do not actually type.

How we'd look at it

We get visitors but few enquiries

We look at where people stop. That means checking whether the traffic is the right kind of traffic in the first place, then walking your own website on a phone the way a customer would, and measuring which step loses them.

Usually two or three specific points account for most of the loss — a form asking for too much, no obvious next step, a phone number that is not tappable, or a page slow enough that people leave before it finishes.

How we'd look at it

We manage too many platforms manually

We map every place your business is listed or sells, and note who updates each one and how often. Then we work out which of those updates could come from a single source instead.

Usually the fix is one system that holds the truth about prices and availability and pushes it everywhere, rather than a person updating each platform by hand.

How we'd look at it

Our software doesn't talk to each other

We trace how information actually moves through your business and mark every point where a person is carrying it between systems. We then check which of those systems can be connected directly and which genuinely cannot.

Usually most of it can be connected, and the real question is which system should own each piece of information. Undecided ownership causes more sync problems than missing technology does.

How we'd look at it

We want more direct business

We look at what share of your business currently arrives through platforms and what each of those bookings or orders costs you. Then we check whether a customer who already knows your name can easily buy from you directly.

Usually people who already know you are still going through a platform because direct is harder, and the margin difference on just those customers is significant.

How we'd look at it

We do too much manual work

We spend time on what your team actually does in a normal day, including the parts that live in a notebook or a WhatsApp group, and identify the repetitive work that a system could be doing instead.

Usually a handful of tasks account for most of the lost hours — re-typing enquiries, updating the same information in several places, and chasing follow-ups from memory.

How we'd look at it

We don't know what's working

We check whether your analytics is set up to record what actually matters, and whether enquiries and sales can be traced back to where the customer came from. Most reporting problems turn out to be setup problems.

Usually the tracking counts visits but not business, so nobody can connect a channel to revenue. Fixing that changes which decisions get made far more than adding another report.

The digital business map

Six layers sit around every business.

Select any layer to see what it means in plain language. Most businesses are strong in two or three of them and have never looked at the rest.

Explore the layers of a digital business

Your
business

  • Customer discovery
  • Customer experience
  • Sales & booking

  • Automation
  • Data

Customer discovery

How new customers find out that your business exists.

Search, maps, AI-assisted search, social and the platforms your industry already uses.

Customer experience

What someone sees when they check whether you are worth choosing.

Your website, photographs, reviews, business information and how consistent all of it is.

Sales & booking

How an interested person actually becomes a customer.

Enquiry forms, WhatsApp, calls, booking engines, checkout and payments.

Operations

The systems that deliver what you just sold.

CRM, PMS, POS, ERP, inventory, scheduling and the software your team uses daily.

Automation

The repetitive work your systems should be doing instead of your team.

Integrations between tools, follow-ups, reminders, alerts and data synchronisation.

Data

Knowing what is actually working, so the next decision is better.

Analytics, attribution, reporting and the numbers that decide where effort goes next.

How we work

We don't start with software. We start with your business.

Seven steps, in order. The first three happen before we recommend buying or building anything at all.

  1. Understand

How does your business actually work?

We spend time on how the business runs before discussing technology at all. Who your customers are, how they reach you now, what happens after they do, and which parts of the day your team spends on work that feels repetitive.

You get: A shared, written description of how the business actually operates today.

  2. Map

Where do customers come from, and where does the information go?

We draw the real picture: every place customers find you, every place an enquiry can arrive, every system that holds information, and every point where somebody is moving that information by hand.

You get: A map of your current digital business, including the gaps and the manual steps.

  3. Decide

    What actually needs improving first?

Not everything is worth fixing, and not everything is worth fixing now. We prioritise by what is costing you most, and we say clearly what we would leave alone. Sequence matters — some fixes make the next ones cheaper.

You get: A prioritised plan with a clear first phase, and a price.

  4. Build

    What is missing?

We build what needs building — the website, the booking flow, the listings, the software setup — while the business keeps running. Nothing goes live without a way back.

You get: The missing parts, working, in accounts owned by you.

  5. Connect

Can these systems talk to each other?

We connect the systems where it is practical and worthwhile, so information moves without someone re-typing it. Where two systems genuinely cannot be connected, we say so rather than building something fragile.

You get: Information flowing between systems, with monitoring so failures are noticed.

  6. Manage

    Who keeps this working?

Digital systems decay if nobody tends them. Listings drift, integrations break, platforms change their rules. We keep the ecosystem working rather than handing over a project and disappearing.

You get: Ongoing management, with written documentation so you are never dependent on one person.

  7. Improve

What does the data say to do next?

A monthly cycle: look at what actually happened, agree the two or three changes most worth making, make them, and measure whether they worked. Deliberately unglamorous, and where compounding comes from.

You get: A regular, prioritised list of improvements — and evidence of whether they worked.

Why Tununique

What actually makes us different.

Not awards or team size. These are the six things we will not compromise on.

We start with the business

Not with a service checklist. Before recommending anything we work out how your business actually runs, including the parts that live in a notebook or a WhatsApp group.

We look beyond the website

The customer's journey continues after the click. A booking your front desk never receives is not a sale, so we treat what happens next as part of the job.

We connect front-end and operations

Marketing and business systems should not live in separate worlds with separate vendors blaming each other. One team is responsible for the whole chain.

We use the right tool

Paid software, open source, an integration, or something custom — chosen on what fits your business and your budget, not on what we happen to resell.

We stay involved

Digital systems decay if nobody tends them. We build, then manage and improve, rather than handing over a project and disappearing.

We measure what matters

Business outcomes rather than vanity metrics. Enquiries, bookings and revenue by source — not impressions.

Questions

Straight answers.

If something here is unclear, ask us directly. We would rather say no early than take on work we cannot do well.

What does Tununique actually do?

Tununique helps businesses get found, look trustworthy, turn visitors into customers, sell on the right platforms, connect the software used to run the business, automate repetitive work, and improve continuously using data.

Is Tununique a marketing agency?

No. Marketing is one part of what we do. We also work on the software and systems that run the business after a customer arrives — booking systems, CRM, PMS, POS, inventory, integrations and automation. Most agencies stop at the click; the reason we exist is that a business does not.

Do you work with software and platforms as well as websites?

Yes. We help businesses choose, set up and connect the software they run on — including open-source options — and get them properly onboarded onto the marketplaces, booking platforms and directories that matter in their industry.

Which industries do you work with?

We work across hotels and resorts, beauty and wellness, retail and ecommerce, professional services, restaurants, education, real estate and clinics. The six stages are the same everywhere; what sits inside each stage is different for every industry, which is why we start by understanding the business.

Where is Tununique based?

Tununique is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and works with businesses across India and remotely wherever the fit is right.

How do we start working with you?

Tell us how your business works — what it does, where customers currently come from, and what is not working. We look at what you already have before the call, then give you an honest view of what we would fix first. You can also take the free Digital Business Audit to see where the gaps are before speaking to anyone.
