BUILD TRUST
Make a strong first impression.
Your website, your reviews, your photos and your business information — consistent everywhere someone looks.
Stage 2 of six — Look trustworthy·Trust
The problem
What usually goes wrong.
Between finding you and contacting you, every customer runs a quick background check. Your rating. Your recent reviews. Your photos. Whether your opening hours are right. Whether the website looks like it was updated this decade.
That check takes a few seconds, you are not in the room for it, and most businesses have never seen what it looks like from the customer’s side.
What it costs the business
This is where most lost enquiries are actually lost, and it is invisible. Nobody emails to say they chose your competitor because your last review was from 2022 and had no reply.
It is also unfair. Businesses that do excellent work regularly lose to businesses that present better, purely because presentation is what gets checked first.
What we do
The actual work.
No vague retainers. Every engagement is a named list of things that get built, fixed or handed over.
Look at your business the way a customer does
We go through the whole check — search result, Maps listing, reviews, photos, website, social — and show you exactly what a stranger sees before deciding.
Build or rebuild the website
Fast, clear, and honest about what you do. Built to load quickly on a mid-range phone on mobile data, because that is what most of your customers are using.
Get reviews arriving steadily
A simple, repeatable way to ask happy customers at the right moment — within the rules the platforms set. Steady beats a burst, and platforms know the difference.
Answer reviews properly, including the bad ones
Templates and a clear escalation path so every review gets a reply quickly. A well-handled complaint often reassures a reader more than a perfect record does.
Make your details match everywhere
Name, address, phone and hours corrected across the places that list you. Search engines lose confidence in businesses whose details disagree with themselves.
Organise your photos and brand files
One tidy library of logos, photography, menus and price lists, so publishing something consistent takes minutes instead of a search through WhatsApp history.
What we don't do: We do not write fake reviews, buy reviews, or offer to remove genuine negative ones. All three break platform rules and every one of them eventually costs more than it gains.
How it connects
This is never a standalone project.
Trust sits between being found and being contacted, so it touches both. The same business facts that make you look consistent to a customer are the facts that help search engines and AI systems understand you. And the same website that carries your credibility has to carry the enquiry form. One layer, three jobs.
For the technical buyer
Technical capabilities.
Simple does not mean shallow. If you already know what you need, this is what we actually work with.
- Website design and development
- Reputation and review management
- Review generation systems (platform-compliant)
- Google Business Profile optimisation
- NAP consistency and citation cleanup
- Content strategy and copywriting
- Digital asset management
- Brand consistency across platforms
Where this applies
How this changes by industry.
The same capability looks quite different depending on how the business runs.
Hotels & Resorts
Rooms are perishable and sold in several places at once, so availability has to be right everywhere at the same moment.
Beauty & Wellness
Trust is visual and local, and the money is in the second, fifth and twentieth visit rather than the first.
Professional Services
Few enquiries, high value, long decision cycles — so follow-up discipline matters more than traffic volume.
Restaurants & Cafés
Decisions are made in minutes, nearby, on a phone — and delivery platforms sit between you and the customer.
Education & Academies
Enrolment is seasonal and the decision is usually made by someone other than the student.
Clinics & Healthcare
Local, urgent and trust-critical — with patient information that has to be handled far more carefully than ordinary customer data.
Questions
Common questions.
Can you remove a bad review?
Only if it breaks the platform’s rules — for example if it is spam, contains abuse, or is clearly about a different business. We will report those. A genuine negative review from a real customer cannot be removed, and trying to is a waste of effort. A calm, specific public reply is far more effective, because the audience for that reply is not the reviewer, it is the next hundred people reading.
How do we get more reviews without annoying customers?
Ask once, at the right moment, in the channel the customer already uses. For a salon that is often a message a few hours after the appointment. For a hotel it is after checkout. The single biggest factor is timing, not persistence.
Do we need a new website, or can ours be fixed?
Often it can be fixed, and that is usually cheaper and faster. We look at what you have first and tell you honestly. Rebuilding something that already works is a waste of your money and our time. We recommend a rebuild when the site is slow in a way that cannot be patched, cannot be edited by your team, or is built on something no longer maintained.
Tell us how your business works today. We'll tell you honestly whether this is the right place to start — or whether something else is costing you more.
