Engagement live — results not yet published

This engagement is live and ongoing. We publish numbers only once there is a meaningful period of verified data behind them — no invented percentages, and no screenshot of a good week presented as a trend.

Before

Where things stood.

  • Three businesses — bridal, salon and academy — sharing one name, one team and one reputation, but operating as three separate efforts online.
  • Enquiries arriving through several channels at once: calls, WhatsApp messages, Instagram direct messages and walk-ins, with no single place where any of them were recorded.
  • A portfolio of genuinely strong work spread across personal phones and social posts rather than held as an organised, reusable asset library.
  • No systematic way of asking satisfied clients for a review, in a category where recent reviews and visible proof decide a large share of enquiries.

What customers needed

Three different people, one brand.

The system has to serve all of them without slowing any of them down.

  1. 01A bride planning six to twelve months ahead, comparing carefully, wanting to see a lot of real work and to speak to a person before committing.
  2. 02A salon client deciding this week, wanting prices, availability and a fast way to ask one question — usually on WhatsApp.
  3. 03A prospective academy student assessing credibility, course content and outcomes before enrolling.
  4. 04All three arrive through the same search, look at the same brand, and need to reach the answer relevant to them without wading through the other two.

The digital journey

    • Booking
  5. The relationship continues

    • Reminders
    • Review request

What we worked on

The systems, stage by stage.

Local discovery

Google Business Profile build-out and local search work targeting the Jaipur catchment, treating bridal, salon and academy as distinct search intents rather than one blended one.

Visual trust

Bringing the portfolio together as an organised asset library, and establishing a consistent way of presenting work — the primary purchase driver in this category.

Reputation

A repeatable, platform-compliant way of asking clients for reviews at the right moment, replacing occasional bursts with a steady flow.

Enquiry capture

Routing calls, WhatsApp messages and web enquiries into one record so that no enquiry depends on a particular person remembering it, with the two timelines — bridal and salon — separated at the point of enquiry.

Client records

Client history and appointment records so that repeat visits, which is where the value in this category sits, are supported rather than left to memory.

Ongoing management

A monthly cycle of reviewing what is actually producing enquiries and prioritising the next improvement across the whole ecosystem.

The connected ecosystem

The three businesses stay visibly separate to a customer and joined up behind the scenes. A bridal enquiry and a salon booking take different paths through the site and get different responses, but both end up in the same client record — which is what makes a bride becoming a regular salon client, or an academy student, possible at all.

Verified outcomes

What we can honestly say so far.

  • Local discovery, reputation, enquiry capture and client records are being managed as one connected system rather than four separate efforts.
  • Bridal and salon enquiries now follow separate paths that match their very different decision timelines.
  • The portfolio is held as an organised, reusable asset library rather than scattered across personal devices.

On numbers: This engagement is live and ongoing. We publish numbers only once there is a meaningful period of verified data behind them — no invented percentages, and no screenshot of a good week presented as a trend.

Ongoing work

  • Continuing local search and Google Business Profile work
  • Steady review generation and response
  • Refining the enquiry-to-consultation journey for bridal
  • Monthly measurement and prioritisation across the ecosystem
