UNDERSTAND & GROW
Know what's working.
See which channels, pages and campaigns actually produce business — then improve them.
Stage 6 of six — Improve what works·Growth
The problem
What usually goes wrong.
You have analytics installed. It tells you how many people visited. It does not tell you which of them became customers, or what you should do differently next month.
So the honest answer to "what made us money last month?" is a guess, and the marketing budget is set by whoever argues most confidently.
What it costs the business
Without that answer you cannot stop wasting money on things that do not work, which is usually a faster win than finding new things that do.
It also makes every other improvement harder to justify, because you have no baseline to compare against.
What we do
The actual work.
No vague retainers. Every engagement is a named list of things that get built, fixed or handed over.
Set the measurement up so it is trustworthy
Analytics, conversion tracking and consent configured properly before any decision rests on the numbers. Most reporting problems are actually setup problems.
Connect traffic to actual business
Not just visits — enquiries, bookings and revenue, attributed back to where the customer came from. This is the number that matters and it is the one most businesses do not have.
Put it on one screen
A single dashboard covering the channels and numbers that matter to your business, so answering a question does not mean logging into six tools.
Review it monthly and act on it
A regular cycle of look, prioritise, change, measure — across the whole ecosystem rather than one channel. A report nobody acts on is just an expensive email.
Watch for things breaking
Uptime, form submissions, integration health and listing accuracy checked automatically, so a silent failure does not run for a month.
How it connects
This is never a standalone project.
Growth is not a separate service, it is what you can do once the other five stages produce reliable information. Discovery tells you where people came from, conversion tells you who acted, operations tells you what it was worth, and integration is what carries those facts into one place. This stage closes the loop and points at what to fix next.
For the technical buyer
Technical capabilities.
Simple does not mean shallow. If you already know what you need, this is what we actually work with.
- Analytics implementation (GA4 and alternatives)
- Conversion and event tracking
- Revenue and source attribution
- Google Search Console configuration
- Custom dashboards and reporting
- Consent and privacy configuration
- Uptime and integration monitoring
- Ongoing growth management and prioritisation
Where this applies
How this changes by industry.
The same capability looks quite different depending on how the business runs.
Hotels & Resorts
Rooms are perishable and sold in several places at once, so availability has to be right everywhere at the same moment.
Beauty & Wellness
Trust is visual and local, and the money is in the second, fifth and twentieth visit rather than the first.
Retail & Ecommerce
One pool of stock is sold through several channels at once, so inventory accuracy is the whole game.
Professional Services
Few enquiries, high value, long decision cycles — so follow-up discipline matters more than traffic volume.
Education & Academies
Enrolment is seasonal and the decision is usually made by someone other than the student.
Clinics & Healthcare
Local, urgent and trust-critical — with patient information that has to be handled far more carefully than ordinary customer data.
Questions
Common questions.
We already have Google Analytics. Is that not enough?
It is a start, but by default it counts visits, not business. It does not know that a particular visit became a booking worth a specific amount, unless someone configured it to. Connecting traffic to actual revenue is the part that changes decisions, and it is almost always missing.
How much of this can we see ourselves?
All of it. Every account is created in your name and you keep full access. We would rather you check our work than take it on trust.
What does ongoing growth management actually involve?
A monthly cycle: review what the numbers say, agree the two or three things most worth changing, make those changes, and measure whether they worked. Applied across the whole ecosystem rather than a single channel. It is deliberately unglamorous and it is where compounding comes from.
