GET BUSINESS

Turn visitors into enquiries, bookings or sales.

Make it obvious and easy for an interested person to call, message, book or buy.

Stage 3 of six — Turn interest into business·Conversion

The problem

What usually goes wrong.

People are visiting your website. Very few of them contact you. You cannot tell whether the traffic is wrong, the website is wrong, or something in between is quietly broken.

Meanwhile enquiries arrive in four different places — a form that emails one person, WhatsApp on someone’s personal phone, a phone call nobody logged, a message on Instagram — and some of them are never followed up at all.

What it costs the business

You are paying the full cost of getting someone’s attention and then losing them at the last step, which is the most expensive place to lose anyone.

And because enquiries are scattered, you cannot answer the one question that decides your marketing budget: where did last month’s customers actually come from?

What we do

The actual work.

No vague retainers. Every engagement is a named list of things that get built, fixed or handed over.

01

Decide what each page is for

Every page gets one obvious next step, and everything that competes with it gets removed. Most websites fail here, not on design.

02

Make contacting you effortless

Short forms, tap-to-call, WhatsApp where your customers use it, and an enquiry that takes seconds rather than a form asking for a postal address.

03

Let people book or buy directly

A booking engine for rooms or appointments, or a proper checkout for products — on your own website, so you keep both the customer and the margin.

04

Send every enquiry to one place

Forms, calls, chat and WhatsApp all landing in one list, timestamped, with the source attached. This one change usually surprises people the most.

05

Make it fast

Speed on a phone on mobile data is a conversion feature, not a technical detail. Slow pages lose people before they read anything.

06

Keep improving it

Structured changes to headlines, offers and forms, judged on what actually happens rather than on opinion.

How it connects

This is never a standalone project.

This is the hinge of the whole system. It depends on discovery to bring people, on trust to make them willing, and it hands over to your operations the moment someone becomes a customer. A booking that your front desk never sees is not a conversion, it is a complaint waiting to happen — so we treat the handover into your systems as part of this work, not as somebody else’s.

Questions

Common questions.

Why should we take bookings on our own website when the platforms already send us business?

Platforms are genuinely useful — they bring you customers you would not otherwise reach. But every booking through them carries a commission, and the customer belongs to the platform rather than to you. A direct booking costs less and gives you the customer’s details, which is what makes a second visit possible. The sensible position is both: use platforms for reach, and make direct the easiest option for anyone who already knows your name.

Is WhatsApp really appropriate for a business?

In India, for most consumer-facing businesses, it is often the single highest-converting channel you have, because it is where people already are and it does not require them to compose an email. It needs to be set up properly — a business account, not a personal number, with the conversation logged somewhere your team can see it.

How do you know what is worth changing?

We start by measuring where people actually stop, rather than guessing. Usually two or three specific points account for most of the loss — a form asking for too much, a phone number that is not tappable, a booking step that fails on mobile. Fixing those first is cheaper and more effective than a redesign.
