CONNECT EVERYTHING
Stop doing the same work again and again.
Make your different systems share information automatically, so your team stops copying it by hand.
Stage 5 of six — Bring customers back·Retention
The problem
What usually goes wrong.
Website enquiries get copied into a spreadsheet. The marketplace has its own login. The CRM has one version of the customer, the billing system has another. Stock is correct in the shop and wrong online.
Nobody planned this. It accumulated, one tool at a time, and now a real part of somebody’s job is moving information between screens.
What it costs the business
When systems stay disconnected, your team becomes the integration. That is expensive, it is boring work for people you hired to do something else, and it goes wrong at exactly the wrong moments.
It also means nothing is ever quite true. If two systems disagree about a customer or a stock level, every decision built on either is slightly wrong.
What we do
The actual work.
No vague retainers. Every engagement is a named list of things that get built, fixed or handed over.
Map where information gets re-typed
We trace how information actually moves through your business and mark every point where a human is carrying it between systems. The list is usually longer than expected.
Connect the systems worth connecting
Website, booking engine, marketplace, POS, CRM and accounting talking to each other reliably — using each system’s own connection points where they exist.
Automate the repetitive work
Enquiries routed to the right person, follow-ups that send themselves, review requests after a visit, reminders before an appointment, alerts when something needs attention.
Keep one version of the truth
Decide which system is authoritative for each kind of information, and make the others follow it. Most sync problems are actually undecided ownership.
Watch it, so failures are noticed
Integrations break quietly. We add monitoring so you find out from an alert rather than from a customer.
What we don't do: Not everything should be automated. Some steps need a human, and automating a bad process just produces bad results faster. We will say so when that is the case.
How it connects
This is never a standalone project.
Integration is the connective tissue of everything else on this site. It is what lets a booking reach the front desk, a marketplace order reach your stock, a customer reach your follow-up list, and every one of those events reach your reporting. It is also what makes bringing customers back possible at all — you cannot follow up with people your systems never recorded.
For the technical buyer
Technical capabilities.
Simple does not mean shallow. If you already know what you need, this is what we actually work with.
- API integration and middleware
- Webhook and event-driven workflows
- Workflow automation
- Data synchronisation and deduplication
- Channel manager and PMS/POS connections
- CRM and marketing automation integration
- Notification and alerting systems
- Integration monitoring and error handling
- Automated reporting pipelines
Where this applies
How this changes by industry.
The same capability looks quite different depending on how the business runs.
Hotels & Resorts
Rooms are perishable and sold in several places at once, so availability has to be right everywhere at the same moment.
Beauty & Wellness
Trust is visual and local, and the money is in the second, fifth and twentieth visit rather than the first.
Retail & Ecommerce
One pool of stock is sold through several channels at once, so inventory accuracy is the whole game.
Professional Services
Few enquiries, high value, long decision cycles — so follow-up discipline matters more than traffic volume.
Real Estate
Very few, very high-value enquiries with long decision cycles — so lead response time is close to everything.
Clinics & Healthcare
Local, urgent and trust-critical — with patient information that has to be handled far more carefully than ordinary customer data.
Questions
Common questions.
Can any two systems be connected?
Most modern systems can, because they publish a way to connect. Older or closed systems sometimes cannot, and then the honest options are a scheduled file transfer, a change of system, or accepting the manual step. We tell you which one you are facing before any work starts, not after.
What happens when an integration breaks?
It will, eventually — a platform changes something, a password expires, a service has an outage. What matters is that it fails loudly. We build in monitoring and alerts so a broken connection is noticed within minutes rather than discovered a week later through a customer complaint.
Is this the same as buying an automation tool?
A tool is part of it. The work is deciding what should be connected, which system owns which information, and what happens when something fails. Buying the tool is the easy part, and on its own it usually produces a fragile set of automations nobody understands six months later.
